Adrian Stalley MICM, Collections Director

Having built his career as a creative and modern thinking manager in the debt recovery industry over the course of 15 years, Adrian joined Oriel in May 2003. Prior to this he held managerial roles at Endsleigh Insurance, NPower and Cellular Operations giving him a varied background in effective recovery techniques.

Having previously managed a call centre of over 200 staff his man-management background is well respected. Prime importance is placed on motivation as this is proven to lead to more effective results. His role at Oriel has been to build the collections team to deliver excellent service to its growing client base, and to take personal involvement in client relationships to ensure that expectations are met at every stage.

Vincent Bull, Sales Director

Vincent has been with the company since early 2004 and has responsibility for managing the sales and marketing side of the business.

With a background in the receivables financing industry he has a detailed knowledge of the management and collection of commercial debt having previously held a board position in the Invoice Finance sector. The majority of his time is spent with prospective clients and looking after our key business relationships in the financial industry.

Jean Dickinson MICM, Commercial Collections Manager

Jean joined Oriel in October 2002 and manages the team of collections advisors chasing commercial debt. She also oversees the administration of commercial insurance and dispute resolution. Her experience in Insolvency and Finance House collections is well respected and has developed a detailed reporting mechanism keeping clients informed of activity at every step of the way.

In the 20 years she has worked in the collections environment she has held managerial roles for major companies including Gulf Oil, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, GE Capital TLS and Lex Vehicle Leasing.

Paul Kinneir, Consumer Collections Manager

Paul oversees all facets of client liaison within Consumer recoveries including site review visits and overseeing monthly reporting. He also is responsible for staff motivation, setting targets and ensuring his team have the tools they need to maintain high service standards.

Paul began his career in the finance sector as a customer relations manager at British Gas responsible for customer liaison across the South West. From there he moved onto the role of senior team leader in the collections department of Cellular Operations, a mobile telecommunications service provider and subsidiary of Vodafone. He joined Oriel Collections in March 2004.
